i have a dispute in process and have been asked (by email) by the vendor to provide photos etc. I have send what they asked for. this has been going back and forward over multiple emails now they are asking that I close the dispute on PayPal and then they will refund me quicker. sounds suspicious your thoughts and advice please.
If I close the dispute and they do not refund can I reopen ??
