on march 15 i sent a payment to my daughter, except it didnt go to her, it went to someone else that i didnt even know. i asked them to refund it and they refused, i called paypal immediately and told them what happend and asked them to reverse it, paypal denied my claim and said the transaction was authorized??? whatever that means, IT WENT TO THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER!! paypal let some random person steal my money!! i want my money back!!
