I got a message from PayPal saying that someone wants their money back due to his/her transaction on November 20, 2020 was not authorized. Then some money was debited from my account.
Here, I have to say that I am not a seller or merchant. I do not do business. Someone (called a buyer in the message) said he/she made an order with me, but that order was not authorized by him/her. I do not know what I sold to him/her. He/she did not provide detailed information about the order either. Could Paypal just transfer my money to him/her just because he/she claimed that transaction was not authorized? If so, anyone who has paid me via Paypal could ask for their money back now!
