I need to appeal a dispute decision but when i follow the instructions, i get to no4 where it states to click on the 'appeal the decision' icon, however this does not appear. I have tried ringing but the recorded message is useless. Paypal have denied my claim for $97 saying i have not provided tracking info for the return of an item. Not only have i done this and they have acknowledged this but they didn't ask for it in the first place. I feel totally ripped off as i now have neither the goods or my money. Paypal seem to be blocking any way of taking this further and continuing to line their pockets. Please help!
