dispute problems

was told that I can reopen a dispute that was closed if I have proof that paypal or the seller was wrong.  .......i have tried this email that was given to me by the paypal agent but it keeps bouncing back....does anyone know if there is an email to contact paypal???

You can use the message centre in your paypal account or..


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I have done all of that but it's so frustrating....just not getting anywhere....actually spoke to an agent and she gave me the email but for some reason it is not working...
