paypal denied my dispute because seller sent tracking info to paypal saying package was delivered. seller sent two different tracking numbers. I went to the piost office and gave them the tracking numbers. the post master looked the tracking numbers up and printed me the tracking information. neither package was addressed to my address and were. delivered to address on tracking info .both packages were far to light to be what i ordered one package weighed only 7 ounces my package would have weighad about 20 pounds. i went to both addresses and  they both told me that they had recieved packages that they had ordered. neither one of the packages were from my seller. i do not know how seller got these tracking numbers that belong to some one else. PAYPAL SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE RESEARCH LIKE I DID AND THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND OUT THAT NEITHER TRACKING NUMBERS WERE NOT ADDRESSED TO MY ADDRESS. AND THEY DID NOT COMNE FROM THE SELLER . IF THEY HAD I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DENIED MY CLAIM.THE SELLER  EMAILED ME LAST NIGHT AND SAID THEY HAD FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS GOING WRONG. THIS MORNING I GOT EMAIN FROM PAYPAL SAYING DISPUTE DENIED IS THERE SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP ME IAM OUT  $100.00 BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM

Paypal are just payment processors that give you 'some' buyer protection, they would not be able to check manually every tracking number for every dispute in over 200 countries worldwide, so the process is automated.

If you lose because the seller sent fake tracking then its your turn to do some work to assist paypal in getting your funds back from your chosen but unfortunately scam seller.

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address. THEY DON'T HAVE TO SAY WHICH ADDRESS IT WAS SENT TO, JUST THAT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS.

Check tracking in below link to see where it went.
https://www.17track.net/en

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click contact at the bottom of the page, or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
