On 15 march i found a transaction done through my account , but i didnot do this and i didnot receive an email for it from paypal
i reported to paypal and after 5 days investigation they told the transaction is correct
i contacted the merchant he told i cannot help contact paypal
and paypal closed my case i cannot open it again
any one can help please .
