I cancelled a subscription AND the autopay thru PayPal. The autopay did not appear in my active list. The publication still charged me for the subscription, but when I disputed it thru PayPal as unauthorized, they found no unauthorized activity. To reiterate: I cancelled the subscription in November 2020 and also cancelled the autopay at that time. How is this NOT an unauthorized charge?
