hi every one. After l paid for a windshield rubber seal , l tryed to email seller to ask for an other one. I instantly found out that the web adress was fake and l tryed to open a dispute with paypal. Having not recognized the option l opened a dispute about non authorised transaction. The resolution center anwered that the dispute is closed And next day l got an email with the fedex tacking number . Tracking number correspond to a shipment from a us adress to an other and not to my adress in Greece. This as l read in the commutity is happenning all the time recently. I wonder how this can stop . How can l reopen my case anyway?
