dispute and getting in contact with an agent.

I    bought something off depot and i    am trying to filling a dispute. The transaction isn't popping up on my PayPal account even though i    have the PayPal receipt with the invoice and transaction ID. I    have been trying to call but i    can't get an answer. The seller has also agreed to the return.

If the seller has agreed a refund then why do you need to file a dispute?
