disagreement with item bought

Hiya everyone. 

 

basically i bought a ted baker purse from someone off of shpock, when the item came today the clasp was broken, so my change isnt safe and falls out. i spoke to the lady and she is denying it was in this state when posted, and is blaming the travel here. when even in her pictures of the item you can see its broken. even though it wasnt stated in the description. is there anything i can do through paypal to dispute this? as i wasnt told it was broken?
