didnt receive items I paid for through paypal

I didn't receive the 2 items I paid for with PayPal ..PayPal payment was taken for my bank and the transaction is not on my PayPal account and I want a refund 

please help

I reported the matter to PayPal many times but they just ignored my messages. I regard this as fraud since the items were paid for and there was zero communication from both the supplier and paypal

Sounds as if you paid as a guest buyer and did not log in to a paypal account?

If so then.......


You don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
