I just received a message saying my return claim was denied because I did not provide the right tracking information. I submitted a photo showing the tracking number, the return address and the ridiculous amount it cost to send it back to china. Included was the recip from the usps. Trying to contact PayPal has been a joke. I am at work, so all of this is being done on mobile.
