delete account because hacked

I talked to customer service and because my account is having problems I can not close my account. but my account is hacked so what do I do to close it? whenever I press close account it just says error and I can not do it.

The account has to be re-secured, whatever issues resolved and put back in normal standing with assistance of customer service/fraud dept before it can be closed. Accounts under investigation or limited cannot be closed.
