Back in April I ordered a hairdryer supposed to be a Dyson and paid seventy pounds .It did not arrive for 6 weeks -when it arrived it was neither a dyson or working -I contacted the seller many times who replied in 'pidgin ' english offering me 10 dollars compensation. I have been trying ,almost daily ,for the return of my money through the Resolution Centre etc and recently sent a registered letter to Paypal registered office in London who have yet to even acknowledge me.
I am on State Pension and can ill afford to be cheated out of this money. I have asked to close my account ,which I have had for 11 years, and pAYPAL HAVEN'T EVEN DONE THAT. Due to their non-action in this matterI am at my wits end.
