contacting customer service number

Hello There. 

I am in trouble because of my limited account and verified all the information as they want but still the account is limited. now, I have asked for a call back on my number more than 20 times and no one called me they do not want to call me  I do not know why? 

what should I do I need to find away to contact them?! 

please help me I need my account to be unlimited I have bills that I did not pay and want to get my money. I have been in troubles for almost 1 month.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
