hi, i created a case PP-006-942-559-743. My problem is i purchased two wigs and they are awful and i can not get the seller to contact me about returning them. so i went to the resolution center and filed this claim but still am not getting anywhere with seller. they just dont answer my messages so i try to get help from paypal and i only have till thursday june 14 2018 to ask for their help but when i fill out the form to ask for paypal to look into my claim a red error box appears and states that there is a problem and to try again. which i have many many times but still get nowhere. does paypal have a phone number i can call to get help with whatever i am doing wrong. because i spent almost $70.00 on these wigs and thats alot of money for me to spend on something that is so awful you cant even wear them. i really am not computer smart so any kind of help would be wonderful. thanks
