I can’t use my account because I need to confirm my identity, i’ve completed all parts successfully except for confirming my address. The documents that it requires don’t work for me because I live with my parents and therefore don’t have my name on any bills, and I use an online bank so am not posted any bank statements. My tax return was also done electronically. I have no documents that are listed to be able to confirm my address and still can’t use my account because of this.
