closing account

I have received an e-mail from PayPal support asking to close my account because I am no longer residing in Australia. I have uploaded foreign proof af address as they requested. And they asked me to link a bank account. But I can not link and withdraw money to any bank. Because I am currently living in Turkey, not in Australia. So I don't have any bank account in Australia to withdraw money. Before I close my account, I need to use my money but my account  is limited and I can not use my money in any way. How am I supposed to withdraw money or spend my money before I close my account. Because the system only allows me to add Australian bank account. There is no list or search bank button on the page on PayPal Australia for another bank. So what am I supposed to do now?
