closed my account

My account was permanently closed 6months ago with money held for 180 days. I have tried adding a nank account but it keeps saying i failed the security question. I didnt set up a question and its impossible to answer. I am thinking that ive been scammed and im thinking of taking this to a solicitor. Can someone please advise me on what to do next
