PAYPAY CLOSED A CASE PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE DATE.  IT MAKES NO SENSE. I WROTE TO THEM AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT IS IS PAST THE ESCALATION DATE OF SEPTEMBER 29TH AND TODAY IS SEPT

EMBER 16TH.  THE BOTS DO NOT GET IT.  I GET THE SAME MESSAGE WHICH MAKES ME THINK THEY DO NOT READ EMAILS.  I TRIED CALL TO NO AVAIL.   THE SELLER IN THIS CASE IS A FRAUD.  ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO ESCALATE SO IT GETS THE PROPER ATTENTION.  THANK YOU
