Paypal no longer wants me to use theirs services but wont let me close the account. Ive had this open for months now without being able to use it so decided I may as well close it seeing Im unable to resolve the limited account status. Any time I attempt to close the account I get the message something went wrong contact customer support. I'm not sure who that is I cant get to speak to a bot let alone a real human about my account. Its really frustrating im sure this is going against data protection as I want my details gone from here now after trying for months. Why keep this open if I can no longer use the services. I want my details wiped from this database, no one can explain why my account cannot be closed?
