So i filed a dispute on aug 19 which was escalated to a claim. i gave the information that they wanted on sept 3rd. and they are still waiting for the seller to respond. i emailed the 4 times called and everything but nothing which is why i filed a claim. every time i ask about it i just get we are investigating and will get back to you soon obviously an automated message.even when i call that's all i get. how do i get answers?
