iv been in the middle of a refund dispute for over a month now and I FINALLY get told I can have a refund but once I have returned the item. problem id the address is in Chinese and there is no word if I will be refunded the postage and packaging I paid to get it here and send it back. does anyone know how I go about getting an address in English to send it to or if I will get postage back?
