claim has been amicably resolved

After opened a case with not received item, the seller escalated this to a claim. After few hours i got email about investigation complete, with this text: Because you reported that this claim has been amicably resolved, this case has been closed.

 

This is not true, i never reported that this claim is resolved. I tried to get answer from support, but they not answering since nov.13.
