I have received from the seller 3 items from 5 bu and one of the item us totally deferent   from the photo in the website 

and when so I escalate the issue to paypal 

the just care about the tracking number they dont care about the other issue

I am sorry about your issue. In general, if you don' receive the item or the item is not as described you may be eligible under our Buyer Protection Policy. If you have received 3 items out of 5 and one of the items is not as described, the correct reason code would be "item as not as described". Please, make sure that you have selected this option. You may check it in your Resolution Centre. If it is not the correct one, please contact us by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage so that we can look into this further.
