What is the right of the seller if buyer send back a faulty item and the seller won the case? Can the seller keep the item and also money? I lost a lots of money because bought a faulty motherboard, which I sent back, and now the case closed in the seller favor, and even he can keep the item? I can not believe this is legal!
Almost the same situation. Paypal is no more safe. I payed and didn't get the service, I opened the case and also wrote to the retarded and useless pp support and there was no answer. After a long time the case was automatically closed in favor of scammer.
I'm sure, they will remove this post asap, but never answer to you in support or resolve your issue
