I have sent the track number for the rejected item on 3 JAN as it is recorded in my account supported with website link in order to help you track it ,so how you close the claim because I did not sent the track number back to the seller
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
