my charege back period is over and i still didnt got my money back what can i do?today it ended the period for waiting for sellers response and still I diddnt got my money back

A 'chargeback' is not a Paypal dispute it is done directly via your card issuer, so you would need to contact them to ask.
Advice is voluntary.
