I am 100% dissatisfied with paypal charge back and non disclosure of a $15 dispute charge. If paypal won't set it back to zero I will never use them again. A non refunable deposit on a kitten is being disputed. I sent in 100% proof by text messaging and will not ever send paypal another penny. To treat a seller like this is unexceptable, where is the insurance for a seller? Just take money and give the seller zero protection is **bleep**- I am taking my Bussiness else where.
