dear Community,

 

regarding my case i order 3 E-scooter it was an offer buy 2 get 1 and i open a dispute on time 

finally i receive a message from you that my case didn't solve yet because the shipment arrived to Qpost 

i went today there to take the shipment and the funny think its just a Hat so i believe they just shipped to have the tracking number 

below are the picture of the package

please let me know in may case what i can do to get my refund

If the dispute is still open then click on view and CHANGE it to item received but not as described.

 

If its closed then contact customer services to open a second one for you as you can't open a second dispute yourself for the same transaction.
