Hi, I recently put an advertisement for an item on instagram. A person bought it from me late in the day. I regretted that decision of selling it so I apologized and told him i’m no longer interested in selling it. I refunded his order and left. After he proceeds to cuss me out he (over an item that he paid 30 for, which he most likely was going to sell for a way higher price) he proceeds to tell me he has a case filed against me. I don’t think he can do this because I refunded his payment and he didn’t lose anything. This worries me though because I have several items on sale on ebay and don’t want my paypal taken away as it would result in a huge lose of cash as the items im selling are very expensive. Is his case even valid?
