cant use paypal anymore

Hi, I'd like to know why I can't use PayPal anymore. All I get is this generic message.

'At PayPal, we value a safer community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement, and therefore we can no longer offer you PayPal services.'

As far as I am concerned, I've done nothing wrong. How do I find out what's actually happened? Can I restore my account so I can start selling on eBay again?

Once paypal closed out your account its pretty much over. If you have a balance or patience you can wait 180 days to receive your funds. I myself just read through the legal aspects of it and have decided to file a arbitration. Paypal will not tell you what happened and only gives you answers from a written script.
