cant transfer the funds

Hello .. How many days this issue resolve "Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." its happened after i opened paypal app on my mobile phone while still log on my laptop, i already sent requested identification and done several change of password. pls help, this is the only way  i can receive my salary.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Hi,  until now  i cant transfer my funds , its already 5 days..  they mentioned  "Were reviewing your information and will give back to you regarding the status of Ref ID: PP-L-*************** with in 5 days"... my work is affected with this situation. help help
