I have had a limitation on my account for 2 years and I have asked in a message for a week now what I need to send. They tell me a letter of intentions with information. I have made that but can't find anywhere to upload and have asked them and they keep telling me to go to resolution center and click on the upload but there is no button there as they don't show a problem 😞
Does anyone know a place that I can upload a PDF. Wait time on the phone is 4 hrs
