cant refund

dear sir / madam , 

I joined forex signal  for trail period  and  connecting my paypal  

last trial days period was today, I was try to cancel before payment . but I got massage and automatically made transaction 96$  

my attention was'nt  make payment 

how do i refund my money 

I try to dispute and it was denied 

please help

If it was a subscription then you can't cancel past subscriptions only future ones.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
