Paypal has requested me to prove my identity which i am unable to do as i have moved house and the address on my paypal account is my old one. I cannot access the money in my account because of it. How am i meant to prove my identity if i have no documentation of living at my old address for the past 3 months? i left my old house a year ago. My current address is actually listed within my account however is not the 'primary' address. I have tried switching them but i am not allowed due to my account being 'limited'. please help as i desperately need to be able to access my money.
