cant get a refund

Ordered a pair of sneakers and paid using paypal, seller sent me a keychain instead.  So I paid $75 for a keychain.  I sent in a dispute, and paypal sided with the seller saying they sent proof of shipping.  sure they did ship something, but not what I ordered.  I at first had disputed that I hadn't gotten my order, because at that point I hadn't received it.  They denied because they sent shipping proof.  then I reeceived and it was a keychain, I disputed again, and they closed it immediately without even looking at it, tried it 2 more times, same thing, immediately denied.  Any thing else I can do?
