today i purchased something from ebay and canceled it due to a problem,the seller had refunded my money back to paypal account which was registerd in ebay.i haven't used pay pal accounts before and even the account in ebay is not fully registered,(still no any credit card registered)seller sent me a transaction ID as well.how can i solve this
