ok so I created an account when i was under 18 and it got limited. so then i provided documents and paypal emailed me back and told me i could "open a new PayPal account, by closing the existing account". except i cant close this account because of the limitations. the email address i am using for this account is my primary email and i want to use it for my new account but I cant change the email. paypal why wont you let me close my account or change my email i just want to use my primary email address.
