HI. I'm trying to resolve my accounts' limitation but I'm suppose to update/upload a new credit card details BUT I don't have any more credit card because I have now moved to my home country thus forcing me to change all the details in my account but like I said it has now limitations.
is there a way to remove the limitations without any credit card? if there is no way to resolve this.. Closing my account maybe the only way BUT "close my account" button does not allow me to close it (because of limitations) and is asking me to proceed to the customer service instead.
there is no reply from the message center as of the moment. any solution is welcome. thanks.
