cannot close account

i used my trans name isntead of my legal name not knowing you couldn't change it and now i cant close my account because i have limitations that cant be solved BECAUSE of using my trans name. worst part is ive gotten no response in the past several months. what do i do.

As you would never be able to verify that account as you can't provide legal documents to prove its your legal name then sadly not a lot you can do about it.

You could try opening a paypal account in your legal name and then IF you have funds in that account contacting customer services to see if they will transfer the funds over for you, it may or may not work.

OR you could ask the people that sent you the funds IF you have funds in your account to do a dispute to get a refund and then pay you to your new account?
