Hi.  I placed an order on the 10th and shortly afterwards I changed my mind.  I e-mailed them and got no response.  I e-mailed them again a little while later and still nothing.  I then went onto their website and e-mailed them through their site. The next day I had still heard nothing so e-mailed them again via e-mail and their website.  Today I still heard nothing except an e-mail from a totally different address, saying my order is on it's way!  I tried to cancel the payment through paypal but got the message that this payment can't be cancelled through paypal and to contact the merchant.  What must I do now please?
