I cancelled a payment made with paypal in my bank account. This was done by mistake as I share accounts and my partner didn't know about that payment and requested a refund without asking me if it was me who made it. So, after that my Paypal balance was negative as all the money went to our account. What I did was a transfer to Paypal to solve the negative balance as those requests were made by mistake and payments were made by me.
The problem is that I wanted to close the cases by telling paypal they were done by mistake and now I have a negative balance again. Why I have to add more money, when I added that before closing the cases?? Why paypal is counting the money twice and how can I solve it???
