can't reopen the case

Hello,

On July the 1st I opened a case because I didn't receive my parcel after 2 month, but bacause I wanted to edit the complaint I closed the case hopefully I can create a new one.

However now every time I try a case opens and after submition I receive a message ''paypal has an error''.

How can I open a new case for refund?

You are allowed x1 dispute per transaction, you are warned before you close a dispute that you won't be able to re-open it again or open another dispute for the same transaction.
