I received an item with return address of HYSAN LLC. I can't locate merchant on my pay pal activities. I am not happy wIth item, not as described or as shown. PLEASE HELP. thanx

If you have opened a dispute on this transaction and the dispute was granted providing you return the item to the seller, a return address should have been provided to you by email. If you have not received the return address, please reach out to us by phone or email and we would be happy to provide this to you.
I also bought items from HYSANLLC and they were not as promised. They don't fit. I want a refund or a proper size exchange but can't get any info. PLEASE HELP. Thank you
