called to get update on refund dispute and case was closed
i called paypal and the automated assistant told me to enter the numeric numbers to my case...then 2 seconds late she said my case was closed ....i was calling to get update on my case....i paid over $500 for an order that will never receive....I keep trying to call customer service and I can never get a hold of an actual person
