Good Afternoon, I recently sold a tablet on Ebay and the buyer returned the item. Upon delivery of the tablet the buyer left her activation lock on the tablet. I can't remove her info and I have tried emailing her several times . Is this fraud ? how can I submit a request ? She submitted a case to return it and they ruled in her favor when I had already agreed for the item to be returned. I am nw stuck with an unusable tablet .
