buyer received goods and try to get his money back

i sell a lot on ebay asa seller .

 

a buyer want his money back because he tell to ebay he did not received his goods and he already received the goods and even gave me a good feedback for it , so he just try to abuse the system because the package was not send registered .

i can not provide a tracking nr so i can do nothing about this fraud ,

 

how can i report this to close this case ?

 

if he try to do it with me he will do it with other sellers also .
