Long time paypal customer
Just disputed a transaction that was clearly a fraudulent seller then next day Paypal wants to change my protection via policy. Sounds fishy to me and if they want to limit my protection then why should I use the paypal service anymore. Has Paypal become the new wish and hopefully your merchandise purchased will arrive. Sounds like Paypal is condoning seller fraud like wish. guess ill have to stick with my banks protection!
any thoughts or insights into payapls buyer protection changes or my situation. Thank you in advance!
